End of October update
It’s been a while since our last update due to being so busy with trying to make our syndicate even bigger and better than ever and making sure as many people can enjoy our tremendous sport with a few added extras.
Today we moved on to 130 winners since we started and with ultra consistent TOWSTAR SASHA winning again in top grade sprint action.
Last weekend saw TOWSTAR QUEENIE with her first win and our first ever winner at NEWCASTLE she is still very young and looks progressive.
Earlier in the month saw us with our first social event at NOTTINGHAM, we had two runners POPPY and VIXEN and a trial from FREDDIE all ran well in defeat.
It was a great turn out with 40 members attending, some people even travelling across the water to be with us and we look forward to a final 1/6 of the year with ANNELIESE THOMPSON in charge of these beauties, she has also just taken delivery of an exciting prospect for next in a HIYA BUTT X MRS ROO puppy he won’t hit the track till 2020 but at shares of just £75 for a 1% share you now also receive a.....
ICE SCRAPPER and PEN!! ( all new shares purchased will receive this members pack)
As well as your personalised share certificate, this is an ideal gift to yourself or to a loved one as an XMAS gift.
We also have a litter brother of the HIYA BUTT pup going to EMMA RICHARDS to race at MONMORE with a £100 for 5% payment and your monthly kennel fee.
It’s been great to see TOWSTAR CIARA back having trials at MONMORE and both her and VIXEN are hopefully going to aimed at the Oaks at Swindon later on in the year, both have one off shares available in them, no better time to get involved in some top quality dogs!
At HENLOW MARK WALLIS has improved his form to now head the trainers championship and both TOWSTAR BILLY and ZELDA have been running well in recent months getting plenty it wins, EVITA has been very unlucky and is sure to win soon.
Our first dog at Sheffield hasn’t quite worked out as hoped yet due to a couple of niggles, but he’s due to have a trial later this week, I’m certain our patience will pay off with this very promising lad.
This month we have had to say happy retirement to TOWSTAR ARRY and DELBOY both being re homed through the syndicate, one good thing about being a large syndicate is where possible we like to encourage members to re home our stars after there careers have finished, so a huge thanks to them.
Finally it was great to hear the fabulous news that Towcester will be returning in March 2020 initially with two meeting and hopefully moving to four by the summer. The track local to me has been sadly missed and although we have several dogs nationwide now (which we will continue to do) our natural home has always been Towcester and we shall be purchasing a dog or 2 with a view to running at the former home of the derby.
Hope everyone enjoys the final part of the year with the oaks and many other top races to enjoy, feel free to visit https://www.towstars.co.uk/shares-for-sale To take a look at what shares we have available.
