It’s been a very busy time for the syndicate in the last 6 weeks.
At Henlow earlier in the month we hit the 100 winner Mark with Towstar Zelda, it’s been a rollercoaster ride, but to reach the 100 winners mark is a real achievement for us and something we are really proud of, Zelda has been running really well recently and was unlucky when having a maiden open race over 6 bends 2 weeks ago, shares remain for just £60 in this lightly raced girl.
Towstars DELBOY, WINSTON and BILLY have all been winning in various grades now the better Weather has arrived, WINSTON winning 2 from his last 3 races and now running in A3 grade at HENLOW.
Our KEVIN HUTTON trained TOWSTAR CIARA has been showing great improvement this month reaching 2 open race finals at Central Park and winning her heat last week to finally get off the mark for the syndicate, shares are still available in her and she will only get even better in time.
TOWSTAR XENA got off the mark at MONMORE with a very good run in D2 company and look forward to seeing her in too grade sprints soon, kennel mate TOWSTAR SASHA is having quiet time before getting back on track for her summer campaign as she’s been in cracking form this year.
TOWSTAR FREDDIE is now qualified to run in sprints at HOVE with SEAMUS CAHILL, he hasn’t been bought as a sprinter but has done some great sprint trials and we look forward to seeing him start his racing career, shares have sold well in Freddie, but still some remain and we hope he will be open racing in the 2nd half of the year.
Freddie’s sister LONG CLEOPATRA has just been bought into the syndicate and has joined the Anneliese THOMPSON kennel she is a very exciting winning in 28:54 on debut in Ireland, she is brilliantly bred and is a very exciting addition to the syndicate.
With purchases this year of CLEOPATRA, FREDDIE and CIARA this shows our intention to give greyhound fans the chance to enjoy ownership in some potentially top class dogs for only a fraction of the cost it would to own a dog outright.
TOWSTAR POPPY has been really unlucky since she won earlier in the year and 2 races ago look the all over winner until having a nasty fall on the 3rd bend, thankfully she’s all sound and will be looking to get herself back in the winners enclosure.
Fingers crossed we can have a good run now from our dogs in the next few months and hope our current and new dogs can take us to our next 100 winners.
Safe and sound to all.
